EMPLOYER'S
DOCUMENTATION:

To our prospective CLIENTS/PRINCIPALS kindly submit the following for your accreditation with our Company

  • DEMAND LETTER/JOB ORDER  OR MANPOWER REQUEST

    This document specifies the number of workers needed, categories, salary offer
    and other remuneration package.  It should be signed by authorized
    signatory/representative and duly verified by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office.

  • SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)

    This document should be accomplish by the Foreign Principal for its legal representative in the Philippines for the purpose of recruitment of Filipino workers. It must be verified by Philippine Embassy  or Consular Office.

  • RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT

    This document is the agreement bind between Foreign Principal and Its legal Representative in the Philippines.

  • MASTER EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

    The sample of the Master Employment Contract with affixed signature of the authorized signatory/representative should be provided by the Foreign Principal together with:

    a. Certified Copy of Foreign Principal’s Valid Business License .
    b. Copy of Valid Identification of the authorized signatory/representative.

  • BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION OF PRINCIPAL.

    This document is also a prerequisite  of Philippine Overseas Employment   
    Administration (POEA). It should be verified by  Philippine Embassy together
    with its  English translation.

*Note: Upon release of  documents listed above kindly  send  all original copies via courier   for   us to immediately  facilitate your registration/ accreditation to POEA (Philippine   Overseas  Employment Administration). Soon after the approval of your accreditation   we can start the mobilization of your selected workers.

VERIFICATION PROCESS:

All Documents must be be submitted to the nearest Philippine Consulate Office or Embassy.

  - POLO Office , Philippine Overseas Labor Office for Verification/ Authentication of your     Documents

  - Upon release of these documents, please send them all via courier. (We need all the     Original Copies).

  - Inorder for us to facilitate your registration/ accreditation to POEA (Philippine     Overseas   Employment Administration), so that we can start to process the travel     documents of   your workers in the Philippines.

APPLICANTS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Interested workers/applicants must personally, submit in all originals, the following basic requirements for all countries:

  • Comprehensive Resume or Curriculum Vitae
  • Certificates of Employment, National Trade Certificates, Training certificates and other
  • official testimonials.
  • Passport ( at least 2 years valid )
  • NBI Clearance
  • Birth Certificate authenticated by the National Statistics Office (NSO)
  • Basic Medical Examination Results
  • School Diploma or College certificates
  • Transcript of Records (TOR) / Form 137-A
  • 2x2 & whole body pictures
  • PRC License
  • Drivers License
